Medication Management

Complete review of all prescriptions including pain control, anticoagulants, and antibiotics — with guidance on timing and interactions.

Wound & Dressing Care

Sterile dressing changes with meticulous technique to protect the wound bed, promote healing, and prevent infection.

Surgical Drain Care

Expert monitoring, emptying, and recording of drain output with assessment of drainage character for signs of bleeding or infection.

Physician Communication

Any concerning signs or symptoms reported to your physician team immediately.

Patient & Family Education

Clear, calm instruction for patients and caregivers on recovery expectations, activity restrictions, and when to act urgently.

About Brandi

Brandi Gately, RN, MHL

With 19 years of acute and critical care nursing experience — including the Emergency Department, Cardiac Cath Lab, Electrophysiology, step-down units, and post-procedure care — Brandi founded Elite Concierge Nursing Care to bring hospital-level expertise directly into patients' homes during one of the most critical phases of recovery.

Elite Concierge Nursing Care was developed to fill the void for post-operative care — giving patients access to professional, clinical support without having to rely on family and friends, while receiving hospital-level care in the comfort of their own home.

Most recently, Brandi served as Cardiovascular Service Line Director, leading the cath lab, electrophysiology, EKG, and pulmonary and cardiac rehabilitation programs. She holds a Master of Healthcare Leadership and a Post-Operative Plastic Surgery Care Certification, combining deep clinical skill with a genuine passion for personalized, dignified patient care. What is private post-surgery nursing care?

A registered nurse cares for you one-on-one after surgery or a medical procedure, at home or in a hotel: monitoring vital signs and early warning signs, managing medications, caring for incisions and dressings, and coordinating with your surgeon.

Who is this service for?

Anyone who wants an expert by their side after a procedure, especially people without family nearby, those who prefer not to burden loved ones, adult children arranging care for a parent, and out-of-town patients recovering in a hotel.

What types of procedures do you support?

Plastic and facial surgery, orthopedic and joint replacement, cardiac catheterization and ablation, general and gynecologic surgery, and same-day procedures such as colonoscopy, endoscopy, and cataract surgery that require an escort home.

Can you take me home after a colonoscopy or outpatient procedure?

Yes. RN transportation home from the surgery center or hospital is available, with care at home afterward if needed.

What areas do you serve?

Littleton, Ken Caryl, Greenwood Village, Highlands Ranch, Parker, Castle Rock, and the greater south Denver metro area. Travel beyond the service area is quoted in advance.

How much does it cost?

A Recovery Assessment is $175. Recovery Packages (3 visits) start at $425. Additional visits are $125, RN transportation is $75 per trip, same-day scheduling is $75, and additional hours are $75 per hour. The 24-Hour Concierge Recovery package is $2,000. Overnight monitoring (10–12 hours) starts at $750.

Do you accept insurance?

No. Elite Concierge Nursing Care is private pay, which keeps your care completely confidential and one-on-one.
